Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You can also call or email us to confirm that you have provided the correct email address for your order. You can check the status of your order here.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
When we receive an online order, we are usually unable to change or cancel your order. As soon as you press "Place Order", your order will be processed automatically. If you wish to make changes, you can contact us.
However, for the reasons stated above, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed. If you need to change or return an incorrectly ordered item, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you would like to add items to a recently placed order, please place a new order. If an order is refused, refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover additional shipping costs.
 
What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following:

  • All debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard
 

  • Visa, MasterCard, and other credit cards


  • PayPal, Postpaid and Confirmed - Buy now, pay later!


  • Orders paid with PayPal, Afterpay and Affirm and returned in store will be refunded in the form of a gift card (store credit).

If your card has expired or been canceled when we attempt to return the return, your refund will be made via gift card as store credit.
Please note that only one payment method is allowed per order.
 
Price Adjustments
SNBAG.SHOP will offer price adjustments if the price is reduced within 10 days of purchase.
