Transportation Policy

Processing Time:

We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 48 hours.

Tracking of your order:

All orders include tracking information that is usually emailed within 48 hours of the order being shipped.

Customs and Duties:

In most cases, there are no additional fees for shipping packages to the United States and Canada.

All shipping costs listed (or free shipping promotions) do not include customs, duties and taxes. We cannot be held responsible for this and the recipient is responsible for all customs, clearance and other fees required for international shipping.

Lost/stolen packages:

 Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we cover any special delays or even loss of shipment with a free reshipment or refund.

 If an order does not reach its destination and is delayed at the local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier before receiving a reshipment\refund.

 If you have entered incorrect shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or refund.
